The Acquisition Focuses On Safety Training For Kelas Customer Service Staff. The Safety Training Service Consists Of Presence And Remote Training And Related Planning (Eg Written Material). The Object Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Service Description. The Service Will Be Implemented At Kela Offices Across Finland. Based On The Tender, One (1) Service Provider Is Selected With Whom Kela Concludes A Framework Agreement.
