Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting – Poloidal Field Coils For Compass Upgrade Tokamak. The Purpose And Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Certain Coils Of The Semi-Oid Field For The Compass-U Tokamak Experimental Device For Basic Research And Other Related Items / Tasks. The Supply Includes The Acquisition Of Material, Production, Testing And Delivery Of Semi -Field Coils (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Basic Configuration”) And The Supply Of Other Items / Tasks Defined In Annex 3 - The Schedule Of The Price And Delivery (Hereinafter The Basic Configuration Tasks ”). The Semi-Field Coils Are Key Systems That Create A Semiidal Magnetic Field Of The Compass-U Tokamak. Basic Configurations And Other Items / Tasks Must Fully Comply With The Requirements And Specification Specified In The Technical Specification And In The Contract. As Stated In The Contract, The Delivery Of Items/Tasks Under This Contract Also Includes The Following: 1) Development, Production, Testing And Delivery Of All Equipment And Activities (Ie Preparations, Accessories, Tasks, Etc.) Set Out In The Technical Specification; 2) Transporting Items Or Parts To The Place Of Delivery, Transport Insurance And Payment Of Any Export Or Import Duties On Goods Or Other Charges Related To The Transport Of Items (If Existed). Note: In The Event That The Import Duties Change During The Contract, See Article 2.3 (2) Of The Contract; 3) Continuous Production Checks And Fat Tests In The Seller; 4) Checking The Correct Functionality And Status Of Items And Successful Sat Design In The Buyer; 5) Delivery Of Documents Related To The Subject Of Purchase Specified In The Technical Specification And 6) Provision Of Free Warranty And Warranty Service For The Subject Of Purchase. The Delivery Of Items/Tasks Also Require Research And Development Activities, Possible Additional Work And/Or Delivery And Any Free License To Use The Delivery For The Needs Of The Project, Including Its Follow -Up Phases (Items/Tasks And Other Supplies And Related Activities To Be Carried Out According To Contracts, Jointly Referred To In This Contract As “Subject Of Purchase”).
