Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock - Performing P2, P3, Seasonal Inspections And Emergency Repairs On The En77 Series And The En64 Series (Together With The Delivery Of Brand New Spare Parts And Consumables). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Provide Maintenance And Repair Services To The Employer Together With The Supply Of Factory New Spare Parts And Consumables For Electrical Traction Units Of The 32We Series En77 Series And Type 40Wea Of The En64 Series Used By The Ordering Party. The Forecasted Quantities Of Reviews And The Expected Deadlines For Their Implementation Are Set Out In Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: 1) Levels Of P2 And P3 Maintenance And Seasonal Inspections (Ps) Of 32We Vehicles Of The En77 Series And 40Wea En64 Series, Excluding Washing, Launch And Defaver; 2) Repair Of Current Vehicles Performed As Part Of The Warranty Service; 3) Emergency Repair Of Vehicles; 4) Provision Of Warranty Service Services For Each Vehicle; 5) Maintaining A 24 -Hour Information Point (Service Telephone) By Phone Served By The Polish Operator In Polish, In A Tariff Without Increased Connection Fees. The Contractor Declares That In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Contract, He Has: 1) The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Experience; 2) Technical Equipment; 3) Staff With Appropriate Qualifications, In Particular The Right To Perform Works Requiring Rights Arising From Separate Provisions, Thanks To Which The Activities Entrusted To Him Will Perform With Due Diligence, Understood As The Care Of A Professional In The Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical Maintenance Services Of The P2 And P3 Level. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Service And Control Activities Performed As Part Of Duties By Train Drivers And Ezt Service. The Estimated Medium -Length Course Of One Ezt Is About 500 Km. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The P2 And P3 Maintenance Levels, In Accordance With The Current Documentation Of The Maintenance System (Dsu), Referred To In The Regulation And The Activities Indicated In The Technical Documentation Of Ezt And The Appropriate Instructions For Devices Installed In Ezt, Teams, Teams And Components. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan And Perform Ezt Technical Maintenance Services In Such A Way That The Ezt Of The Ordering Party Is Uninterrupted Every Day, In Accordance With The Current Timetable. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Professional Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract By A Qualified, Trained Staff With Necessary Permissions And Certificates. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Ensure The Following Consumables On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And To Supplement Or Replace Them: - Sand To Sandcznica, - Summer/Winter Fluid For Spraying Of The Front Shafts, - Slides (Carbon Caps) For Current Receivers, - Pen Wipers For Front Windows.
