Hiring A Company Specialized In Communication Services To Meet The Demands Of The City Hall Of Vidal Ramos. The Service Includes 32 -Hour Face -To -Day Service, With The Presence Of A Journalist Twice A Week, According To The Schedule Defined By The Administration To Perform Photos, Video Recording And Editing, Script Production, Material Approval, Meetings With The Administrative Team And Other Related Activities As Well As Online Service Through Whatsapp. The Company Should Ensure A Journalist At Events Convened By The Municipal Administration, When Necessary. It Will Also Be Responsible For Developing Up To 15 Monthly Graphic Arts, Production Of A Monthly Video Of Up To 3 Minutes Edited, Using Drone For Image Capture, Addressing Actions And Topics Of Public Interest, And Elaboration Of A Weekly Radio Report, With Sending The Material Already Edited, Containing The Summary Of The Work Done By The Municipal Management. The Work Also Includes Updating The News Page On The City Hall Portal, Production Of Press Release And Relationship Scheduling.
