1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Expansion Of The Video Monitoring System With 6 Camera Points In Ip Technology (Cctv) And In The Formula Design And Build. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Build And Release The Subject Of The Contract In A State Free From Defects And Faults. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract Based On The Project Documentation Developed By A Person Or Persons With Design Qualifications In A Given Specialty On The Basis Of A Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Verified And Approved By The Ordering Party. 2. Camera Points Will Be Placed In The Following Locations In The City Of Pisz: - Ul. Gustaw Gizewiusz 9,- Ul. Lipowa 15, - Ul. Michał Wołodyjowskiego 2A,- Ul. Wąglicka 1,- Ul. Reed Geod. No. 319/2,- Ul. Stefan Batory, Journal Of Surveyor No. 1678/2 And No. 1440.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Ii Stages.Etap I - Includes The Implementation Of Project Documentation, Including: A) Part I Project Documentation - Variant Concepts Of Proposed Solutions For Investments In Accordance With Legal Provisions, With Currently Applicable Technical, Building And Applicable Standards, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Using Solutions Rationalizing The Costs Of Construction And Approval By The Contracting Authority Of The Developed Concept; B) Part Ii Of The Project Documentation:- Implementation Of Project Documentation To The Extent In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Pfu Together With All Design Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Perform This Documentation,- Obtaining The Opinions Required By Law, Arrangements And Decisions, Including: All Other Arrangements And Opinions, As Well As Decisions Necessary To Perform Construction Works (The Contractor Will Be Authorized To Appear On Behalf Of The Ordering Party With Appropriate Conclusions To The Relevant Institutions). These: A) Execution Of Works On The Basis Of The Design Administration And Building Administration Body Approved By The Employer And The Competent Authority Of The Project Documentation In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Transfer Of The Contract For The Employer Ready To Use The Subject Of The Contract, B) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Period Of Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Developed Documentation, C ) Developing As -Built Documentation For The Completed Investment And Obtaining An Use Permit On Behalf Of The Employer In The Event Of Such Necessity. 4. At The Design Stage, The Employer Requires The Contractor Submitting The Design Solutions To The Video Monitoring Network To Assess And Accept Them By The Ordering Party. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Work And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In Annex 8 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract And In Pfu, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
