Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Socio-Educational Infrastructure Together With Elements Of The Water Management System In The City And Commune Of Olkusz

Part 1. The Common Room In The Claws Of The Village Common Room Building In A Claw With External And Internal Water-Sewage Installations. And Electricity, External Sections Of The Water Installation And Electricity, The Septic Tank On Plot No. 74/13 In The Claw, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Works Related To The Construction Of Water And Electricity Connections With Solar Installation. Note: According To The Design Documentation, Status 0 (Foundations) Was Made Along With Sewage Pvc Pipelines And A Septic Tank. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Completing The Construction Of The Abovementioned Building, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 12 To Swz. In Addition, The Order Should Be Made: 1. Works In The Scope Of The Water Supply Connection, Including The Connection And Electrical Connection Design With Obtaining Connection Conditions To The Network. 2. Construction And Executive Design Of The Pv Installation Together With A Pre -Trend, Investor Cost Estimate, Technical Specification In The Scope Of Pv Installation Preceded By An Analysis Of Demand And Technical Possibilities Of Assembly Together With The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Designed Roof Structure. 3. The Implementation Of The Small Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Common Room Building In Accordance With The Developed Project. The Installation Will Be Included In The Internal Installation Of The Common Room Building. 4. Delivery And Assembly Of Basic Kitchen Equipment As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 19.1 To Swz.5. The As -Built Receipt Documentation Containing In Particular: As -Built Geodetic Inventory, Research And Installation Test Protocols, Approvals, Certificates, Compliance Declarations And Other Documents Confirming That The Built -In Construction Products Are In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Construction Law. 6. Timely Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Operation, Including Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permission To Use The Building Required By Law And Obtaining And Transferring To The Contracting Authority All Documents Required For The Correct Use Of The Common Room In The Claw.
