Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Teaching Aids For The Primary School In Mastki As Part Of The Project Entitled: Competent Student

13 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Specification Of The Type And Number Of Assortments Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1A To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase, Loading, Transport, Unloading, Contribution, Distribution Of The Assortment To The Indicated Rooms As Well As Assembly And Installation Of Supplied Equipment And Equipment. All Materials Should Be Brand New, Free Of Defects, Not Bearing Signs Of External Damage And Prior Use, I.E. Any Part That Makes Up The Material Can Not Be Used Earlier, It Must Come From Current Production, Be Efficient And Have Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Supplied Articles Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Instructions For Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 4. All Delivered Goods Must Have Current And Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 5. The Software Must Be Brand New, Unused And Unwashed Before On Another Device And Supplied With Appropriate, Original Attributes Of Legality. All Offered Products Must Be Offered To The Polish Market And Come From The Official Manufacturers Sales Channel. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software Directly At The Manufacturer In The Event That Doubts About The Legality Of Its Origin. The Software And Their Updates Will Be Free From The Mechanisms Blocking His And Functions Free From Viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms And Other Harmful Programs. For The Software, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Non -Exclusive License To The Employer Or Transfer To The Contracting Authority A Non -Exclusive License Right In Accordance With The Licensing Principles Set Out By The Manufacturer. The Licenses In Question Will Not Violate The Intellectual Property Rights Of Third Parties, Including Copyright, Patents Or Databases, Nor Will They Limit Their Use And Will Be In Accordance With The Contract. 6. The Equipment Must Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Security Signs. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With Instructions For The Use And Operation Of The Equipment Or If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - He Will Provide Electronic Addresses (Www) At Which They Can Be Downloaded. 8. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordered Assortment On Its Own And At Its Own Expense To The Primary School In Mastki In The Chąśno Commune (According To The List In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1A To Swz) On Business Days From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 To 15:00, After Prior Agreement By Phone With The School Head. The Contractor Shall Report To The Ordering Party Or Director At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date. 9. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Entire Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months
