1 -Iz.00-0003/232. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 3.1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Task 1.3. A Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract (Which Constitutes The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 281 (1) (7) Of The Ppo), Constituting Annex 4.1 To Swz. 4. The Order Is To Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. 5. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Contractor In The Offer Form Must Indicate The Manufacturers Name, Equipment Model. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fill In The Offered Parameters And To Show That The Equipment He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority By Accurate And Unambiguous Indicating The Technical Parameters Offered Or Confirmation Of The Parameters Offered - In Accordance And According To Annex 3 To Swz - Opz/Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment .6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Factory New (Unused), Produced Not Earlier Than In 2024, Undamaged, Unpopular, Do Not Have Physical And Legal Defects And Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights And Must Be Allowed To Marry On The Territory Of The European Union, Meet All Applicable Norms Of The European Union Security (Ce Certificate), And The Performance Of All Benefits Should Take Place With Care Determined Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Fact That The Supplied Equipment Is To Be Ready For Work, I.E. Be Complete With All Components, Parts And Materials Necessary To Start And Use And After Starting Ready To Work As Intended, Without Additional Purchases On The Contracting Authority. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Free Training And Maintenance Training For Service Employees Indicated By The Employer At The Delivery Site. The Training Is To Last Min. 4 Hours And 4 Employees Of The Ordering Party Will Participate In It. The Training Date May Not Be Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Equipment.
