The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Periodic Delivery Of Spare Parts And Post -Warranty Service Of Medical Equipment In Lots As Follows: Lot # 1 - Periodic Delivery Of Spare Parts And Post -Warranty Service Of Alcon Medical Equipment; Lot 2 - Periodic Delivery Of Spare Parts And Post -Warranty Service Of Trumpf/Hillrom/Baxter Medical Equipment; Lot # 3 - Periodic Delivery Of Spare Parts And Post -Warranty Service Of Medical Simulators For Invasive Applications. The Subject Of This Public Procurement For All Lots Includes: Visits After Call To Diagnose Damage (S); Visits After A Call To Repair Damage, Performing The Necessary Repairs And Tests, As Well As A Software Update (Where Applicable) To Ensure The Full Functionality Of The Apparatus, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements; Delivery, If Necessary To Spare Parts, After A Written Request From The Contracting Authority; Installation Of The Requested Spare Part And Commissioning Of The Equipment. For All Lots: The Supplies Of Spare Parts Are Periodic And Will Only Be Made If Necessary, After A Preliminary Written Request By The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Needs. The Contract, In Its Part For The Periodic Supply Of Spare Parts, Will Be Concluded At The Specified Estimated Value. For The Period Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Realize The Full Amount Of The Agreed Amount, But Only As Much As The Ordered, Delivered And Installed.
