Tenders are invited for Supply of Construction Machinery (Chain Excavator, Motor Grader and Water Truck 20,000l). Region: Oromia Bid document price: 1000.00 (one Thousand birr) Bid bond: 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand birr) or an equivalent amount A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application having and submitting of VAT and TIN registration certificate, Renewed Certificate of competence from authorized (concerned) body, renewed trade license, FPPA suppliers list certificate, Valid Tax clearance during period of bid validity from federal/Oromia revenue bureau/concerned authority to the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 1000.00 (one Thousand birr) only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hour from Monday to Friday. Suppliers shall provide original and neat copies of the above legal documents for cross checking. The bidders shall submit Two separately sealed envelope bidding document which encloses one big wax sealed envelope of ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT &TWO COPIES this shall be produced in different wax sealed envelopes, and labeled as ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT and COPY-1 & COPY-2 and FINANCIAL DOCUMENT also encloses one big wax sealed envelope and ORIGINAL FINANCIAL document and COPY-1 & COPY-2. The bid security must be put in the original Technical document with separately sealed envelope. The copy should be a photo copy of the original bid document and must be wax sealed and marked in same manner as original bid document. Bids must be delivered on or before 16 (16th) calendar days of the first day announcement on newspaper on/before 11:00 AM morning, closed on the same time at 11:00AM morning, and opened at 11:30 AM morning. If the 16th day is not working day, the bid will be submitted and opened on the next working day. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after bid opening and All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand birr) or an equivalent amount in acceptable form of CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee with the form of annex to bid document on the section of contract forms for unconditional bank guarantee.
