The Predicted Order Volume For The Performance Period 01.01.2025 To 31.12.2026 Is 130 (65 P.A.) Maintenance Orders With A Assumed Total Volume Of 1,720 (860 P.A.). Optionally, A Total Of 65 (33 P.A.) Repair Orders (Quantity Option) Can Be Commissioned With An Estimated Total Volume Of 860 (430 P.A.) Hours For The Performance Period 01.01.2025 To 31.12.2026. As Soon As The Total Number Of Forecast Repair Orders And The Optional Orders Of 195 Are Achieved, The Framework Agreement Loses Its Effectiveness. Optionally, The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended By 1 Year, At The Latest Until December 31, 2027 (Extension Option). The Amount Of Planning For The Period Of The Optional Extension Is A Total Of Approx. 65 Maintenance Orders With A Forecast Volume Of 860 Repair Hours. In Addition, 33 Repair Orders With An Estimated Volume Of 430 Repair Hours (Quantity Option) Can Be Commissioned Again In The Optional Period Up To 31.12.2027. The Client Has No Obligation To Access The Forecast Total Amount Or The Options In Terms Of Both The Quantity And The Extension.
