1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Conservation And Restoration Works With Fire Protection. At The Court Used By Dps Leon And Maria Janta - Połczyński In Wysoka Located On Plots Of Land With Registration Number 15/1, 15/3, 15/4 And 15/12 Located In High 16 In The Formula Design - Build. 2. The Order Is Co -Financed From The Governments Monument Reconstruction Program. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Implementation Of Project Documentation In Accordance With All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, As Well As The Transfer Of All Property Rights To The Contracting Authority To The Above Documentation, 2) Execution Of Construction Works (Specified In The Functional And Functional Program) In Accordance With The Contractor Developed By The Contractor And Documentation Approved By The Employer, In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Principles Of Building Art. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is Annex 8 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 5. The Scope Of The Execution Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) The Performance Of Conservation And Restoration Works Covering Min. Balcony, Main Entrance, Internal Main Stairs, Basement Stairs, Chimneys, Decorative Roof Pots, 2) Partial Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, 3) Supplementing Defects In The Facade Along With Painting, 4) Purchase And Assembly Of A Pump That Increases The Water Pressure Together With Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Internal And External Installation Of The Building For Its Proper Fire Protection, 5) Supplementing Plasters On The Walls, 6) Supplementing Paints On The Walls And Ceilings, 7) Supplementing Paints On The Door. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Developed Project Documentation In Printed And Electronic Form. 7. Design Documentation Should Be In Line With Applicable Regulations, Including The Construction Law, Polish Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, And The Recommendations Of The Employer, As Well As In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And The Functional And Utility Program. 8. The Contractor Without Additional Remuneration Undertakes To: 1) In The Scope Of The Implementation Of Project Documentation: A) Ensuring Participation In The Development Of A Project Of People With Construction Qualifications To Design In The Appropriate Specialty And Mutual Technical Coordination , Performance Of Research And Complementary Analyzes Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Project Documentation, C) Obtaining Excerpts From The Land Register, D) Developing Project Documentation Together With Obtaining A Document Entitling To Carry Out Construction Works, E) Obtaining On Your Own The Own Scope Of All Required Opinions, Decisions, Documentation Arrangements , Necessary To Obtain A Document Entitling To The Implementation Of Construction Works, F) Preparation And Submission Of An Application For The Construction Permit,
