Tenders are invited for Providing Landscaping Services, Maintain & Upkeep of Landscaped Area, Jaffna International Airport Palaly. Chairman, on behalf of the Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Providing Landscaping Services, Maintain & Upkeep of Landscaped Area, Jaffna International Airport Palaly as described below. The works to be carried out in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Conditions of Contracts, Employers Requirement and Bill of Quantities. The period of Contract is Three Hundred and Sixty Five (365) Days. The estimated cost is Rs. 6 Mn approximately. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Location of the Project is Jaffna International Airport Palaly Interested bidders may obtain further information from Head of Architecture Landscaping & Interior Design, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake Sri Lanka on Telephone No. 0094-2264420 and inspect the Bidding document at the Supply Chain Management Division - Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on week days from 27.01.2025 to 17.02.2025. A complete set of Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee No. 02, Supply Chain Management Division - Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 27.01.2025 until 17.02.2025 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. Upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rupees 3,500.00. The method of payment will be by cash. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address - Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee No. 02, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka on or before 14.00 hrs on Tuesday the 18th February 2025. Late bids will be rejected unopened. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security (on demand bid bond) in the amount of Rupees Ninety Thousand (Rs. 90,000.00) issued by Institutions listed in the Bid document or a Cash Deposit should be submitted with the Bid. All Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre bid meeting, on 11.02.2025 at 10.00 hrs at Jaffna International Airport, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd, Palaly, Sri Lanka.
