The Object Of The Contract Is The Delegation Of The Management By Concession Of The Drinking Water Supply, Sewerage And Household Water Treatment Service Of Berceni Municipality To An Operator Who Has Experience, Adequate Technical And Material Equipment, Qualified Personnel And Capacity For Exploitation, Maintenance And Rehabilitation Respectively And The Modernization Of The Related Infrastructure, In Conditions That Ensure The Provision Of The Service In Compliance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In Force. The Contracting Authority Seeks To Obtain The Best Quality/Price Ratio And Achieve The Indicators Of The Performance Of The Services Provided To Users At The Quality Levels And At The Deadlines Established By The Legislation In Force And By The Local Public Authority, Under Conditions That Allow The Identification And Correction Of Non-Conformities While Ensuring Consumer Protection. The Bidder Designated As The Winner Following The Proposed Procedure Is Obliged To In Full And Without Interruption, Under The Conditions Established By The Regulation On The Organization And Operation Of The Service And The Terms Of Reference During The Contractual Period, The Supply Of Drinking Water, The Collection And Treatment Of Waste Water Housekeepers From All Users In The Service Area
