The Subject Of The Bid Procedure Is To Provide Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Order To Ensure The Transport Services Of The Pilsen Region By Public Railway Passenger Transport In Accordance With Section 2 Of The Zov In The Period From The Nationwide Change Of Timetables In December 2026 To The Date Of The Nationwide Change Of Timetables In December 2036 To Territory Of The Pilsen Region For The Operation Of Trains On The Line P3 Plzeň - Domažlice City. The Subject Of The Bidding Proceedings Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of A Contract Concluded With The Carrier, Which Will Submit The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So -Called Gross Contract, Where The Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Amount Of Revenues Will Be Fully Borne By The Client.
