Engineering Design Services-Replacement New Building Of The Georg-Scherer-Halle Of The Sports Club Asv Dachau E.V. With Parking Garage-Hls. The City Of Dachau, In Collaboration With Asv Dachau E.V., Intends To Build A Replacement Building For The Georg Scherer Hall As A School And Club Sports Hall. The Sports Hall Is To Be Designed As A Club Sports Hall With Up To 1,500 Bleacher Seats As Well As For Use As A Triple School Gymnasium. In Addition To This Sports Hall, A Parking Garage Is To Be Built; This Is Also The Subject Of The Planning Contract. The Project Must Be Planned So That It Can Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases. In The First Construction Phase, The Sports Hall With Changing Rooms, Rooms For Lunchtime Care For Children Are To Be Planned In Construction Phase 1 And Then A Parking Garage In Construction Phase 2. In The Second Construction Phase, The Administration Of The Sports Club And Additional Sports Rooms Are Planned In Construction Phase 3. The Hall Is Used For Club Sports With Various Teams (Including The Mens Volleyball Team In The First Bundesliga). The Sports Hall Should Be Supported With Public Funds As A School Gymnasium In The Areas Relevant For Physical Education.
