Tenders Are Invited For Catching And Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Ciechanów Commune

The Subject Of The Proceedings Is A Service Consisting In Catching And Providing Care For Homeless Dogs From The Ciechanów Commune And Applies To Services Related To Catching Dogs And Caring For Caught And Taken Over Homeless Dogs. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Catching Homeless Dogs From The Ciechanów Commune - The Intervention Time Cannot Be Longer Than 6 Hours From Sending The Application (During The Contractors Working Hours). The Intervention Is Considered To Start Actions Related To Catching The Dog In The Place Indicated In The Application - Without Travel Time. During The Notification, The Place Of The Homeless Animal, The Animal Description And Other Useful Information To Complete The Task Will Be Indicated. After Catching, The Animal Is To Be Immediately Delivered To The Shelter Run By The Contractor. In The Case Of A Dog Who Bit A Man, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Activities Related To Catching A Homeless Dog In No More Than 4 Hours After Sending The Notification, Catching A Dog And Delivering Him To A Veterinarian For Observation. The Expected Number Of Animals To Catch During The Year: 40 Pcs. Quantitative Data May Change And Will Result From The Actual Needs And Reports From The Commune; 2) Performing The Service Of Catching And Taking Over By The Shelter For The Care Of Homeless Dogs Will Be Implemented Only In The Case Of A Notification Made By The Ordering Party And Will Apply To An Animal Located In The Ciechanów Commune. It Is Unacceptable To Take Animals Without The Knowledge And Notification Of The Employer; 3) Taking Over 50 Dogs Under The Care Of The Homeless (Quantitative Data May Change - This Is The Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter In Pawłów, Under The Care Of The Contracting Authority At The Moment Of Drawing Up The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract); 4) Transporting All Animals Staying In The Shelter In Pawłów, With Whom The Contracting Authority Has A Contract Signed So Far At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor; 5) Providing Homeless Care Supplied To The Shelter In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And In Particular: A) Sufficient Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water According To Applicable Standards, B) Rooms Or Boxes Protecting Them From Cold, Heat And Precipitation, With Light Access Daily Enabling Animals To Move Freely, C) Veterinary Care In The Scope Of Which: Quarantine, - Deworming, - Prevention, - Vaccination, - Treatment Of Dogs Staying In The Shelter (Does Not Apply To Dogs Brought After Accidents That Require Specialist Treatment), - Submission Castration And Sterilization Treatments, - Chipping (Enabling Quick Identification Of The Animal), - Sleeping Of Blind Litters And Animals Terminally Ill After Obtaining The Opinion Of The Veterinarian; 6) Keeping Records Of Animals Staying In The Shelter By Mandatory Implantation Of Animals Microchip, Which Were Caught And Went To A Shelter From The Ciechanów Commune, Including Keeping Registers Of Vaccination
