Requirements The selected consultant will be able to demonstrate capacity in similar work, particularly: Example of relevant work managing communications and development campaigns Quality of previous WRI work (if applicable) Experience in managing projects for non-profits. Knowledge about government and private proposals and donor agreements. Comparable rates relative to the pool of applicants Proposal content Prospective consultants should submit: A statement of interest; A writing sample or past example of how they would share an internal project update updating a project team on progress, remaining timelines, and respective assignments. Portfolio of relevant design work (long-form publications, infographics, graphs, and brochures). An hourly rate, both for standard and rushed timelines Evaluation Criteria The following elements will be the primary considerations in evaluating all proposals submitted in response to this RFP: Completion of all required elements; The extent to which the consultants proposal fulfills WRIs stated requirements as set out in the RFP; Experience with WRI work or similar projects Sustainability WRI values sustainability and all other factors being equal, will favor a proposal to more sustainably perform the work.
