The Purchase Aims To Design And Execute The Works Related To The Investment Objective Increase The Economic Efficiency And Railway Safety By Increasing The Level Of Centralization Of The Railway Signaling Installations - 8 Lots. Lot 5 - Cf Sectors: Lot 5- Galati Regional Branch ”(Design And Execution), In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And The Specification No. 724/Inv/320/07.10.2024 And Annexes. The Services And Works Proposed And Necessary To Be Executed To Make The Investment Are The Following: 1. Design Services - For Each Structure, Will Be Elaborated, We Will Develop Legal Regulations In Force - Gd 907/2016. The Main Design Criteria Adopted Are Found At The Head. 6. Information Regarding The Activities Requested By This Specifications. 2. Execution Works The Works Will Be Executed In Confqued With The Approved Technical Documentation, In The Technological Order Of Execution, With The Strict Observance Of The Program For Controlling The Quality And The Determining Phases. The Effective Execution Of The Designed Works Will Start On The Basis Of The Order To Start The Works, Sent To The Executor By Srcf Galați, Only After The Favorable Opinion Of The Cte Cfr- Sa Related To The Ac (Building Permit). The Proposed And Necessary Works To Be Executed Are Detailed In The D.A.L.I. Document, With The 2Nd Execution Variant, Approved By Cte Cncf Cfr, Which Will Be Made Available To The Contractor By The Contracting Entity. Economic Operators Are Advised To Visit And Examine The Site Of The Work, Including The Surroundings, And Obtain All The Information That May Be Necessary To Develop The Offer. The Economic Operator Will Take All The Steps And Will Take All Measures In Order To Avoid Any Accidents That Could Result In The Death Or Physical Injury Of A Person And/Or With The Loss Or Damage Of The Property, Responsible For Them In Case Of Some Such Events. The Economic Operator Will Bear Any Possible Expenses, Losses Or Damages As A Result Of Visiting The Site. It Will Be Considered That The Bidder Who Will Award And Sign The Contractual Agreement Has Inspected And Examined The Location Of The Work, Its Surroundings, The Data And Other Information Available And That It Was Satisfied, Before Submitting The Offer, Of All Relevant Aspects, Including The Following (Without A It Was Limited To These): (A) The Shape And Nature Of The Site, Including The Underground Conditions; (B) Hydrological And Climatic Conditions; (C) The Volume And Nature Of The Activity As Well As The Goods Necessary For The Design, Execution, Completion Of The Works And The Remediation Of Any Defects; (D) The Requirements Regarding Access Routes, Accommodation, Facilities, Personnel, Energy, Transport, Water And Other Services.
