The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Performance For The Ordering Party Of: 1) Inspection Of The Second Level Of Maintenance (P2) Along With A Seasonal Inspection And Additional Works Beyond The Permanent Scope Of Dsu Of One (1) Electric Multiple Unit Of The En57al Series, Number En57al-1530, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Maintenance System Documentation No.: Dsu-En57al-0130-1 On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 2) Inspection Of The Third Level Of Maintenance (P3) Along With A Seasonal Inspection And Additional Work Beyond The Permanent Dsu Scope Of Three (3) En57al Series Electric Multiple Units With Numbers En57al-1519, En57al-1522 And En57al-1528 In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Documentation Maintenance System No.: Dsu-En57al-0130-1 On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Contract, 3) Additional Works Carried Out Under The Option Right Indicated In § 23 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract For Four (4) Electric Multiple Units Of The En57al Series Indicated In Point 1 And 2 Above, Described In Annex No. 9, 10, 11 And 12 To The Draft Provisions Agreement, 4) Replacement Of The Passenger Information System (Sip) - In Accordance With Annex No. 8 (Opz - Information System Passenger Street (Sip) For Four Emus Of The En57al Series Indicated In Points 1 And 2 Above, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, 5) Additional Works Beyond The Permanent Scope Of The Dsu, The Need For Which Will Be Diagnosed By The Contractor In The Course Of Inspections At The P2 Maintenance Level Or P3 For Individual En57al Vehicles Within The Cost Limit Of These Works Indicated By The Ordering Party In § 6 Section 1 Letter E) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, 6) Development Of Technical Documentation For En57al Vehicles, Taking Into Account Additional Work Performed On The Vehicles Beyond The Permanent Scope Of The Dsu, Works Indicated In Annexes No. 9, 10, 11 And 12 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Listed In These Appendices) And Replacement Sip, Including The Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of These Works And The Use Of The Vehicles After The Works Performed, Updating The Technical Documentation Of The Vehicles By The Contractor (Technical And Operational Documentation, Spare Parts Catalog, Maintenance System Documentation - The Form Of A Supplement Is Allowed) To The Extent Resulting From The Work Performed, Along With Granting The Ordering Party A License To The Technical Documentation Created During The Implementation Of The Agreement. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Information Regarding Safety Issues Identified During Maintenance, E.G. Defects Detected During The Maintenance Process, Going Beyond The Scope Of Work Carried Out Under The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Declares That In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Order, It Has: 1) The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Experience; 2) Technical Equipment; 3) Technical Infrastructure, In Particular Inspection And Repair Stations; 4)Personnel
