Tenders Are Invited For 24-Hour Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Storm Sewage System Located In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune

I. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1.1. Maintenance In A Continuous Manner, I.E. Around The Clock, Patencifications Of The Rainwater Sewage Network With Diameters From Dn50 To Dn1800 With Armament, Ensuring Proper Operation Of The Network, Including Performing Works Related To Maintenance, Cleaning, Video Monitoring, Removing The Resulting Failures And The Proper Functioning Of The Network Owned By The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune, Excluding The Internal Sewage Network Located In Closed Facilities Like Schools, Kindergartens, Hospitals, Plants, Marketplaces, Guarded Parking Lots, Sewage Sections Belonging To The Multi -Family Construction Administration (Cooperatives, Communities, Mzbm) And Sections Constituting Local Dehydration ( Roads, Squares). The Length Of The Urban Rainwater Sewage Is About 228 Km. Together With Objects, In Particular 9 Rainwater Pumping Stations, 9 Retention Tanks, 91 Outlets. 1.2. Ensuring Ongoing And In Accordance With Applicable Documentation And Technical Service Provisions.1.3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In §5, §6 And § 7 Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Material And Equipment Base In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune Or At A Distance Of Not More Than 10 Km From The City Borders, And In The Event Of Not Having Technical Facilities To Create It And Document It Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 2.1. By The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; 2.2. By The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law; 2.3. By The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law; 2.4. By The Act Of December 14, 2012. About Waste; 2.5. Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of September 26, 1997. On General Health And Safety Regulations; 2.6. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Safety Devices Of Their Placement Conditions On The Roads; 2.7. Ordinance No. 1686.2021 Of The President Of The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Of 07.04.2021 Regarding: Protection Of Trees At The Construction Site. That They Were Recalled In The Current Wording As At The Date Of Initiating The Proceedings In Question. Ii. Equivalent Solutions1. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Etc. 2.
