Tenders are invited for Online Dew Point Meter with Data Logger Make: Western Europe. Terms and Conditions i) The item should be calibrated and valid test certificate will be provided by supplier. ii) The item will have one year standard warranty. iii) The supplier will have the capacity to provide after sales support. iv) Item will be accepted subject to inspection and its function under working condition. v) Necessary fittings (that are required for connecting DP Meter) will be provided. vi) One sensing unit will be included as spare Closing Date: 18-Feb-2025 10:30:00 AM NOTE :- The terms & condition for the INVITATION Limited Tender are given below: 1) Earnest money equal to 2% calculated with GST/SST (if applicable) of the bid should be submitted by lowest bidder as and when required through Fax / Email within 10 days otherwise, your bid will not be considered. 2) The rates should be valid for 90 days after receipt of the quotations. 3) The rates should clearly indicate in local currency only actual price of the item + % GST/SST, otherwise bid should be considered as inclusive of GST/SST. 4) In case of GST/SST exempted item, copy of reference SRO must be attached along with bid. 5) Payment will be made against bill. (Payment against delivery is not acceptable and quoted price should be itself discounted valued). 6) Documents showing National Tax No,. Circle, Zone and Trade Certificate should be attached.
