The Custodial Institutions Agency (Dji) Intends To Renew The Existing Applications For The Administration Of The Detention Process In Order To Improve The Operational Process. These Processes Include The Inflow, Throughflow And Outflow And The Stay Of Inmates Within Penitentiary Institutions (Pi) And Detention Centers (Dc), As Well As The Centrally Organized Primary Processes For The Prison Service (Gw) And Immigration Detention (Vb) Within The Individual Division. Affairs (Diz). The Innovation Is Aimed At Implementing A Future-Proof Offender Management System (Oms) That Is Not Only Reliable, Safe And Maintainable, But Also Significantly Reduces The Administrative Work Of Employees. A Renewed Oms Must Be Based On A Central Data Collection In Which The Individual Affairs Division And All Penitentiary Institutions And Detention Centers Register And Manage Their Own Data. The Functionality And Data From The 44 Instances Of Tulp Gw Will Be Replaced By One Central New Oms (For Scope A).
