The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Enter Into A Parallel Framework Agreement With Up To 3 Suppliers To Cover The Clients Needs For Minor Works On The Water And Drainage System, As Well As Urgent Tasks Related To The Water And Drainage System. The Procurement Will Cover The Clients Ongoing Needs For Flushing, Sludge Emptying And Inspection Of Municipal Technical Facilities, Including Pipe Inspection And Leak Detection, Cleaning Of Wiring Networks, Basins, Pumping Stations And Treatment Plants. The Agreement Also Covers Minor Urgent Assignments Related To The Water And Drainage System, Including Thawing Of Water Pipes. Administrative Work Such As Sign Plan, Rigging And Operation, Planning Of Jobs, Traffic Management Etc. May Also Be Added. The Wires Are Estimated To Be 100 Mm – 500 Mm In Size. The Scope Is Mainly Public Lines, But The Supplier Must Be Able To Film The Power Line From The Main Line. Estimated Annual Scope Of Assignments Is 12 – 15 Km. The Estimate May Vary From Year To Year And According To The Clients Current Needs At Any Given Time, And Is Not Binding For Withdrawals. The Supplier Must, According To The Clients Needs, Be Able To Carry Out Route Searches As Part Of The Assignment. Route Search Will Involve Carrying Out A Search For Sumps And Lines According To Detailed Instructions From The Client.
