Thorhild County Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms For One (1) Motor Grader And One (1) Loader As Described In The Specifications Outlined Herein.The Municipality Reserves The Right After Closing Time To Seek Clarification Or To Ask For Additional Information From Any Proponent And Reserves The Right To Negotiate After Closing Time With The Proponent That The Municipality Deems That Provides The “Best Value”. In No Event Will The Municipality Be Required To Seek Clarification Or To Ask For Additional Information From All The Proponents Or To Offer Any Modified Terms To Other Than The Proponent Deemed To Providing The “Best Value” Prior To Entering Into A Contract With The Successful Proponent. The Municipality Shall Incur No Liability To Any Other Proponent As A Result Of Such Discussion, Negotiation Or Modification.The Award For The Supply Of The Motor Grader And Loader Shall Be Priced Separately. The Proposal Shall Identify Pricing For The Motor Grader And Loader Separately. The Proposal For The Supply Of Heavy-Duty Equipment Can Be Specific To One Piece Only And Will Be Evaluated On That Basis. Proponents Are Encouraged To Provide Pricing For All Equipment. If A Proponent Provides Pricing For Both Pieces Then The Proposal Shall Clearly Identify What Advantage(S) There Are In Consideration Of Awarding The Supply Of The Motor Grader And Loader Together. The County Shall Determine If The Stated Advantages Provide The Best Value For Awarding The Supply Of Both The Motor Grader And Loader As Specified Herein To One Proponent. The County Reserves The Right To Award The Supply Of The Motor Grader And Loader Separately.Without Limiting The Generality Of The Foregoing, The County May Consider Any Other Factor Besides Price. The County Will Evaluate Each Proposal On The Basis Of Providing The Best Value, The Following Criteria Forms The Basis For The Determination Of Best Value:1. Basic Equipment Specifications2.
