The Subject Of The Order Will Include Waste Collection From Municipal Cemeteries Located In The Podegrodzie Commune In The Following Towns: Brzezna , Gostwica, Podrzecze And Podegrodzie In A Total Amount Of Approximately 130.00 Mg And Transport Of This Waste To Places Of Its Management. The Export Concerns Waste With Code 20 02 03 - Other Non-Biodegradable Waste. Municipal Waste From Municipal Cemeteries Will Be Collected As Follows: Municipal Cemetery In Brzezna - 1 Kp 7 Container - Owned By The Ordering Party, Municipal Cemetery In Gostwica - 1 Kp Container 7 - Owned By The Ordering Party, Municipal Cemetery In Podrzecze - 1 Kp 7 Container - Owned By The Ordering Party, Municipal Cemetery In Podegrodzie - 3 Kp 7 Containers - Owned By The Ordering Party. Waste Removal From The Cemetery In Brzezna, Gostwica, Podrzecze And Podegrodzie Will Include Waste Collected In Containers With The Capacity Indicated Above, In Accessible Places For Specialized Cars.4.4. The Ordering Party Recommends Getting Acquainted With The Places Of Waste Collection From Municipal Cemeteries In The Podegrodzie Commune Due To The Location Of Containers And Access Through Narrow Alleys.4.5. Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Work Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including: A) Maintaining Cleanliness At The Place Of Performance Of The Service, B) Securing The Work In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety, C) Covering Damages Incurred During The Execution Of The Order, Also To Persons Third Parties, D) Marking Of Vehicles Providing Services In Accordance With The Regulations In This Regard.4.6. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95: Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Works: - Operation Of Vehicles And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Order. (Excluding Persons Performing A Given Activity Independently As Part Of A Sole Proprietorship, The So-Called Self-Employment, Or Conducting Business In The Form Of A Civil Partnership Or Partnership, And The Activity Will Be Performed By Persons Who Are Partners Of This Company).4.7.
