Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Inspection Report - 2 Copies, Which Consists Of: B) Certificates For Materials And Prefabricated Elements, 2) Work Acceptance Reports. 3) Required Documents Regarding The Tests And Checks Carried Out By The Contractor, 4) As-Built And Geodetic Inventory, If Necessary 5) Final Acceptance Documentation Including Instructions For Use And Operation Of Devices Related To The Facility 6) Protocols On Necessary Measurements Of Devices Work Execution Technology: Work Related To The Execution Investments Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates And Comply With Applicable Standards. In Addition, Each Material Used Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, Failure To Agree On The Above Will Result In Replacement With An Appropriate One, The Cost Of Replacement Being Fully Borne By The Contractor. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Order, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Above Activities To Be Performed By A Third Party And Will Deduct The Costs Incurred By The Contractor From The Contractors Remuneration, And If This Amount Turns Out To Be Insufficient, It Will Seek Reimbursement On General Terms. If The Bill Of Quantities Or Specification Contains Indications Of Materials For Specific Manufacturer/Names Of Manufacturers And Products/Should Be Read As Examples Serving Only To Clarify The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials, Solutions, Technologies And Equivalent Standards With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials. The Contractor, On His Own Responsibility And At His Own Expense, Must Take All Preventive Measures Required By Sound Construction Practice And Current Circumstances To Protect The Rights Of Owners Of Properties Adjacent To The Construction/Works Site And To Avoid Causing Any Disturbance Or Damage There. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Incurred. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To Third Parties. The Surrounding Area And Pedestrian And
