The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Workshop Equipment For The Profession Of Mechatronics Technician As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Graduate From Zs No. 2 In Wieluń - New Perspectives In Transformation Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds Regional Program For Łódzkie 2021-2027, Contract No Feld.09.02-Iz.00-0002/24-00.2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Wieluń At Ul. Traugutta 12. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building And Their Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
