Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Gas Fuel To The Building Of The Działdowo City Hall At Ul. Zamkowa 12

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Building Of The Działdowo City Hall At Ul. Zamkowa 12 For A Period Of 24 Months From March 1, 2025. The Expected Amount Of Gas Consumption In The Period From March 1, 2025 To February 28, 2027 Is: 712,000 Kwh. The Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Gas Consumed During The Contract Period. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Will Not Result In Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Operators Tariff. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting The Characteristics Of The Facility Along With The Estimated Gas Consumption Based On The Tariff Currently In Force - Was Specified In Chapter Ii Swz.2. The Ordering Party Is Connected To The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Based In Tarnów.3. Due To The Nature Of The Contract, It Is Impossible To Determine The Exact Consumption Of Gas Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. For This Reason, The Ordering Party Presented A Predictable Amount Of Gas Consumption. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Actual Amount Of Gas Consumption May Change, I.E. Increase Or Decrease. Therefore, The Described Expected Gas Consumption Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase It In The Given Amount. Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Settlement Systems For Gas Supply In Accordance With The Contractors Offer.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Contractor Will Make All Actions And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including Terminating The Existing Contracts With The Existing Contractors To Enable The Signing Of New Contracts, If Necessary. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Change Of Supplier, This Process May Not Affect The Continuity Of Gas Supply. At The Request Of The Selected Contractor, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Seller Change Process Immediately After Signing The Contract.6. The Condition For Commencement Of Deliveries On The Indicated Date Is The Effective Expiry Of The Applicable Contracts And The Successful Completion Of The Seller Change Procedure.7. The Contract Regarding The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1542, As Am
