Tenders are invited for (A) Spply of Fish Product Closing Date: 31st January, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 5 Tender Description: Description: Supply of Fish Product Contract Package No.: ER/AT/NMTC/11/25 Delivery Period: Semester basis and upon request Tender Security: 2% of Tender Price Additional Information: The Nursing and Midwifery Training College Atibie intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) for payments under the contract for the procurement of Goods 1. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College Atibie invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of the above items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended as Act 914 and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender document from the Procurement Unit, Nursing and Midwifery Training College Atibie from Thursday 16th January, 2025 8:00am to 5:00pm 3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) only to the Nursing and Midwifery Training College Atibie. The method of payment shall be in cash or bank draft in the name of Nursing and Midwifery Training College Atibie upon submission of a Letter of Application. 4. Tenders labelled and clearly marked must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon Friday 31st January, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two (2%) of Tender Price quoted from a reputable bank or insurance company. Late Tenders will be rejected. 5.
