Computer Upgrade Services – Maintenance And Support Services For The Main Software Components Of The Radio Spectrum Management Integrated Information System - Siigsr. Agreement - Framework Based On Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Object Of Providing Maintenance And Support Services For The Main Software Components Of The Radio Spectrum Management Integrated Informatics System - Siigsr, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 2: Specifications. The Maintenance And Technical Support Services Will Have Two Components: - Preventive, Corrective, Evolutionary Maintenance And Periodic Technical Support Services, Provided On A Monthly Subscription Basis. The Maintenance Will Be Carried Out, By Concluding Contracts Subsequent To The Framework Agreement, On A Monthly Subscription Basis, For All The Software Components Of The System, So As To Ensure That The Performance Of The System Complies With The Requirements Of Reliability And Availability; - Additional Services, On Request, Of A Non-Periodic Nature, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. For The Provision Of These Services, Additional Deed(S) Will Be Concluded To The Subsequent Contract In Progress At The Time Of The Request To Perform The Services. The Frequency And Value Of Subsequent Contracts To Be Awarded: At Least One Subsequent Contract/Year. Services In The Form Of A Monthly Subscription: - Minimum Quantity – Minimum 1 Month, Based On A Monthly Subscription; - Maximum Quantity – Maximum 48 Months, Based On Monthly Subscription. Ii. Additional Services, Upon Request: - Minimum Quantity – Minimum 1 Service From The Category Of Additional Services Type 3.2.1.
