The Town Hall Has A Net Floor Area Of 13,993 M² And A Proportionate Outdoor Area Of 43,317 M2 (Including Event Plaza). The Area Provided Can Be Found In The Floor Plans Attached To The Service Description (Appendix 4.2). The Following Areas, Which Can Be Used Independently Of Each Other, Are Planned Within The Event Operation: • Large Hall • Multifunctional Foyer • Blüthner Hall • Small Hall • Cloakroom Foyer • East Atrium And West Atrium. Extensive Renovation And Modernization Work Is Currently Taking Place On The Town Hall And Its Outdoor Facilities. Completion Of The Renovation Is Scheduled For December 31, 2026. The Trial Operation Should Be Carried Out By The Concessionaire Between January 1St, 2027 And April 30Th, 2027. The Town Hall Is Scheduled To Go Into Operation From May 29, 2027. The Town Hall Was First Opened On This Date 100 Years Ago. There Will Be An Anniversary Celebration To Mark The Occasion. This Festive Setting Should Be Used For The Official Handover Of The Town Hall To The Concessionaire. The Latest Date For This Start Of Operations Is June 1, 2027 (Deadline Date).
