Hiring A Legal Entity To Provision Legal Advisory Services For The Following Demands, With Hybrid Service (Remote, Virtual And In-Person) To The Municipal Legislative Branch In The Year 2025: 1) In-Person Service, On Tuesdays From 8Am To 12Pm And 1Pm At 17:00;2 Respond To The Orders Of The Presidency Of Municipal Legislative Power; 3) Attend All Ordinary Sessions Held Every Tuesday From 7Pm. The Contractor Must Be Present One Hour In Advance, That Is At 6:00 Pm, To Advise The President, Councilors, Standing Committees And/Or Secretary At The Session On The Projects And Agenda; 4) Participate In Extraordinary Sessions, When Called, In Public Hearings; 5) Monitoring Of Judicial Demands With The State Judiciary. Carry Out Petitions And Legal Defenses And Face-To-Face Or Virtual Hearings;6) Take Action With The Court Of Auditors Of The Municipalities Of The State Of Goiás On The Demands That May Be Lodged, Possibly, Against The Contractor;7) Preparation Of Miscellaneous Legal Opinions On: Ppa; Ldo; Loa; Tenders; Personnel Acts And Others; 8) Preparation Of Administrative Contracts And Fulfillment Of Administrative Demands Required By City Council Employees; E9) Hybrid Service (Remote, Virtual And In-Person)., 01/22/2025
