The Missions Entrusted To The Project Management Team Are As Follows: Firm Phase (Tf) - Basic Mission Elements: - Revision Of Sketch Studies (Esq); - Preliminary Project Summary Studies (Aps); - Final Draft Studies (Apd); - Project Studies (Pro); - Assistance In The Award Of Works Contracts (Act); - Examination Of Conformity And Approval Of Execution Studies Carried Out By The Contractor (Visa); - The Works Execution Management (Det); - Assistance With Operations Prior To Acceptance Of Works (Aor); Firm Tranche (Tf) - Additional Mission Elements: - Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc). Optional Portion: - To: Participation For Inclusive And Participatory Site Monitoring With Association/Parents/Children And Technical Team From The Environmental Department (Example: Planting Action, Etc.)
