The Investment Includes: - Reconstruction Of The Heating System In The Primary School Building With A Change Heat Sources In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, Electrical Installations And Structures; - Installation Of A Photovoltaic System Whose Task Will Be The Production Of Electricity For Own Needs - Installation Power 39.84 Kw; - Thermal Modernization Of External Walls - In Part Of The Building B, C; - Painting Of The Building Facade - B, C - Color Should Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party; - Replacement Of Roofing - Part C; - Replacement Of Windows And Doors - Part B, C; - Replacement Of Part Of The Lightning Protection System - B, C; - Separation Of A Utility Room In Part Of Building B For The Installation Of A Heat Pump; The Task Also Includes: • All Construction, Assembly And Renovation Works, • Configuration And Commissioning Test Of The Photovoltaic Installation, • Conducting Training For The User Of The Facility Where The Installation Was Installed, • Preparing And Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Energy Company (Tauron Nowe Technologie S.A. ) For Connecting The Installation To The Grid Within 14 Days From The Date Of Completion Of The Works Covered By This Procedure, Together With Carrying Out All Activities Related To Connecting The Power Plant To The Grid And Signing A Contract For Micro Installations And Energy Collection;• Providing The User With As-Built Documentation Of The Photovoltaic Installation;• Installing The Application Servicing The Micro-Installation On The Ordering Partys Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Documentation, Which Is An Annex To This Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities Works From The Investors Cost Estimate, Which Is Only An Auxiliary Function And Not Applicable To The Valuation Of The Offer By The Contractor.
