The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Preparation Of A General Plan For The Suszec Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Order Or Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Suszec Commune, Covering The Area Of The Commune Within Its Administrative Borders (Area Approx. 75 Km2) Along With Carrying Out The Entire Planning Procedure, In Accordance With Resolution No. V/35/2024 Of The Suszec Commune Council Of September 26, 2024 Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Suszec Commune, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Commune Area Suszec Covers 6 Villages. The Current Coverage Of The Area Of The Suszec Commune With Local Plans Is 100%. The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Suszec Commune Includes All Studies Required By Law, Including, Among Others: Environmental Impact Forecast And Ecophysiographic Study. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Includes: A) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 6 To The Swz (In Particular §1 And §4); B) Resolution No. V/35/2024 Suszec Commune Council Of September 26, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Suszec Commune - Annex No. 7;
