Purpose And Deadline Of The Training. 1) Organizing And Conducting Training Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Qualifications To Practice As A Driver In Category C. 2) The Ordering Party Plans To Send Up To 20 People For Training, Including The Planned Number Of Participants In Particular Types Of Training: 2.1. Driving License Category C - 2 Persons, 2.2. Driving License Category C And Accelerated Initial Qualification For Driving License Category C, C+E - 12 People, 2.3. Accelerated Initial Qualification For Driving License Category C, C+E - 3 People, 2.4. Accelerated Supplementary Qualification For A Driving License Category C, C+E - 1 Person, 2.5. Periodic Training For A Driving License Category C, C+E - 2 People.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantees In No Way That The Given Number Of Training Participants Will Be Completed During The Duration Of The Contract And Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of People. 4) The Ordering Party Will Send People To The Training Successively Depending On The Individual Applications Submitted From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Maximum 5 People At A Time For A Given Type Of Course). If The Ordering Party Does Not Recruit Candidates For The Course In A Given Month, There Is No Need To Organize The Training. 5) In The Event Of Exhaustion Of Places For A Category C Driving License Or As Part Of The Accelerated Initial Qualification For A Category C, C+E Driving License, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Splitting Training Category C Driving License And Accelerated Initial Qualification For C, C+E Driving License For Separate Training In Accordance With The Demand Reported By Unemployed People.6) The Actual Number Of Training Participants Will Result From The Current Demand For The Service Training In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order And May Differ From The Quantities Specified In The Offer Form. The Contractor Agrees To Possible Changes And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative And Type Changes During The Execution Of The Contract.7) The Scope Of The Training Includes Issues Specified By Law, Preparing For State Examinations, Acquiring Knowledge, Skills And Qualifications Enabling Work As A Car Driver.
