The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Multi-Family Residential Development With Ground Floor Services, Underground Garages Along With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure In Wrocław At Ul. Opolska / Głubczycka On Plot No. 12, 13, 14/1, 14/2, 15/1, 15/2, 16/1, 16/2, 17/1, 17/2, 18/1, 18/2 , 19/2, Ar-5, Księże Małe District, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Necessary To Start And Carrying Out The Construction Process, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Order.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Design Documentation For A Period Of 60 Months.
