Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Analyze Submitted Applications Regarding Development Conditions, 2) Analyze Submitted Applications Regarding The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, 3) Prepare Draft Decisions On Location Of Public Purpose Investments, 4) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, 5) Preparation Of Draft Amendments To Previously Issued Decisions On Development Conditions And Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Corrections To The Above-Mentioned Draft Decisions. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Determination Of Development Conditions - Estimated Number: 500 Projects; 2) Preparation Of Draft Amendments To Decisions On The Determination Of Development Conditions - Estimated Number: 20 Projects; 3) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments - Estimated Number: 20 Projects. The Quantities Provided Are Only Indicative Of The Size Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Will Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Declares That He Consents And Waives Any Claims Due To Quantitative Changes During The Implementation Of The Agreement And Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Agreement By The Ordering Party. The Final Number Of Draft Decisions Will Depend On The Number Of Applications Received By December 31, 2025. 5.
