Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Servicing Of Fire Alarm Systems (Ssp), Voice Warning Systems (Dso), Smoke Prevention Systems (Szz), Smoke Exhaust Systems (So), Fire Doors And Curtains.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance And Service Services For Fire Alarm Systems (Ssp), Voice Warning Systems (Dso), Smoke Prevention Systems (Szz), Smoke Exhaust Systems (So) And Fire Doors And Curtains, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service ”, In 19 Facilities Of The University Of Gdańsk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 75251110-4 (Fire Protection Services); 50800000-3 (Miscellaneous Repair And Maintenance Services); 50710000-5 (Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations).3. The Order Includes The Provision Of Maintenance And Servicing Of Security Systems, Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of These Systems. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Places Of Providing The Service Of The Subject Of The Order: Facilities Of The University Of Gdańsk, Specified In The Subject And Price Form - Annex No. 1A To Swz.5. The Contractor Must Provide 24-Hour Service Activities In The Field Of Fire Safety Systems And Provide The Ordering Party With At Least Two Telephone Numbers And An E-Mail Address For Reporting Possible Failures And Other Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To The Execution Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Full Scope Of This Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Proceedings Described In The Swz, Including Taking Into Account The Requirements Set Out In Annexes No. 4 And 5 To The Swz, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Rules Of Art, And Generally Accepted Knowledge In This Respect, The Contractors Offer And The Arrangements With The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of On-Site Inspection Of The Buildings Where The Devices And Systems Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Installed. The Date Of The Inspection Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.8. The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 17, As Amended), Are Contained In § 7A Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.9. Requirements Regarding Guarantee And Warranty Are Described In § 8 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To Swz.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From The Execution Of Part Of The Order By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Contractors Remuneration. In This Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, Including A Demand For The Performance Of The Contract Up To The Amount Of Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Resignation Provided For In This Point Will Result In A Corresponding Change In The Final Value Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor. The Ordering Partys Exercise Of This Right Does
