Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of A Hot Meal For On-Site Consumption And Delivery To The Apartments Of Customers Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Głowno In 2025
1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Preparation Of A Hot Meal With The Possibility Of Consumption On Site And Delivery To The Homes Of Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Głowno In 2025, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Act. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, Among Others: As Part Of The Multi-Annual Government Program Meal At School And At Home For The Years 2024-2028 For Clients Of Mops In Głowno. 2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Meal With Its Own Means Of Transport That Meets Sanitary Requirements In This Regard, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Meals Must Be Delivered In Certified Disposable Dishes And Collective Packaging That Guarantees An Appropriately High Temperature Of The Meal, Without The Need To Heat It.3. The Number Of Meals Expected By The Ordering Party For People Receiving Assistance And Entitled To Receive One Hot Meal From February 3, 2025. Until December 31, 2025 Will Range From 6,930 To 9,240 Meals. The Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Include: Daily - Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of 30 To 40 Meals A Day. The Actual Number Of Meals Will Depend On Current Demand And Decisions Made.4. The Ordering Party Applies The Right Of Option: The Number Of Meals To Be Prepared, Delivered And Served Will Not Exceed 9,240 Meals And Will Not Be Lower Than 6,930 Meals. Failure By The Ordering Party To Use The Limit Of 9,240 Meals Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Pay Only For The Meals Prepared, Served And Delivered.5. The Contractor Will Provide Meals 5 Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays, And Within 5 Days It Serves One Dish From Each Group From 1-5 Listed In Annex 2 To The Contract. A Hot One-Dish Meal Means A Soup With Meat Served Twice A Week, With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 550 Ml, With A Portion Of Bread - 2 Large Slices Of Bread Or 1 Large Roll (At Least 100 Grams Of Bread) And A Second Course, Served Three Times A Week Weight Not Less Than 550G. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Based On Fresh Products. The Contractor May Not Use Highly Processed Products (E.G. Powdered Soup) To Prepare Meals. Meals Issued By The Contractor Cannot Be Prepared Earlier Than On The Day Of Their Delivery. Meals Should Be Of Good Quality And Have Appropriate Taste And Aesthetic Values. The Ordering Party Requires That The Meals Be Varied, Which Means That The Meals Will Be Prepared According To Diversified Menus For Subsequent Weeks In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Contract. Each Weekly Menu Must Differ From The Previous One By At Least Two Dishes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Two-Week Menu (From Annex 2 To The Contract) And Present It To The Ordering Party No Later Than
