Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service For Conducting Group Classes In English For Participants Of The Open Doors Project

5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting Group English Classes For Adults - Participants Of The Open Doors Project Implemented Under The Regional European Funds For Łódź Program 2021-2027 Under The Feld.07.05 Measure Integration And Civil Society, Whose Task Is Will Be Learning Basic Vocabulary In English, Learning Basic Grammatical Forms Of English, Practicing Speaking And Communicating Skills In English And Others Specified By The Contractor, And Included In The Standard English Language Teaching Program At The Basic Level, Enabling Possible Continuation Of Learning At An Extended Level.5.2 General Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 5.2.1 The Purpose Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is To Increase The Level Of Knowledge And Skills Of The Project Participants In Speaking And Writing In English And Increasing Their Employment Opportunities.5.2.2 Class Participants Must Be Provided With All Materials Necessary To Conduct Classes. The Contractor Will Provide The Participants With The Necessary Training Materials, An A-4 Notebook, A Pen And A Training Schedule. The Set Of Materials Should Be Provided To Participants On The First Day Of Classes. 5.2.3 In Total, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 480 Clock Hours Of Classes Will Be Completed, On Average About 60 Hours Of Classes Per Month During The Order Implementation Period. 5.2.4 Participants Of The Open Doors Project Will Be Divided Into 4 Groups Of 8-10 People Each, Of Which Each Group Will Complete 120 Hours Of Classes. The Classes Will Be Conducted In Groups Created According To The Participants Level Of English. 5.2.5 The Ordering Party Provides Access To A Training Room Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radomsko, Where The Classes Will Be Held. The Room Will Be Equipped With Basic Training Equipment. 5.2.6 Date Of Service Implementation - Classes Will Be Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To September 30, 2025. 5.2.7 Place Of Implementation Of Classes, All Documents Issued By The Contractor Regarding The Participation Of People In Training Financed From The Esf Should Include Information About The Eu Financial Contribution In Carrying Out Classes In Accordance With The Information Provided On The Website Https://Funduszeue.Lodzkie.Pl/Poradnik/Zasady-Komunikacji-Marki-Fundusze-Europee-2021-2027.5.2.8 The Ordering Party Will Appoint Its Representative With Whom The Contractor Will Consult The Implementation Of Individual Tasks. The Date Of Commencement Of Classes And The Detailed Schedule Will Be Determined In Consultation With The Ordering Partys Representative And Must Take Into Account The Schedule Of Other Classes Of The Project Participants. 5.2.9 After Completing The Classes, The Contractor Will Issue Certificates Of Participation To The Participants. The Certificates Should Contain Information About The Eu Financial Contribution To The Implementation Of The Classes
