The Reason For Organizing This Tender Is The Decision Of The Municipal Council Of Hilversum To (Re)Develop The Area On The North Side Of Hilversum Station (1221) Into A Greener And Attractive Habitat Within Hilversum. To Enable The Realization Of The Project, The Municipal Council Has Established A Pre-Emptive Right On The Buildings At Larenseweg 1B To Number 29, 2 To 18, Zwammerdamstraat, Zuiderweg 2 And 4 And Kleine Drift 3 To 9. . The Required Knowledge And Capacity To Carry Out An Active Acquisition Based On This Pre-Emptive Right Is Currently Partly Not Available Within The Municipal Organization And Will Have To Be Hired. The Number Of Plots Still To Be Acquired Is Approximately 10.
