Provide List of Drill Rigs with Pictures, Year of Manufacture, Model and Proof of Ownership 8. Proven Ability to Successfully Provide and Complete Underground Grouting Operations. Company Registration Documents i.e. Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Clearance Certificate etc. Approved Local Content Plan or Acknowledgement of Submission from the Mining Commissioner.
