The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Included In The Budget Of The City Of Zamość For 2025 Entitled: Saline Graduation Tower In The City Park - Citizens Budget Of 20243. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Architectural And Construction Industry: A) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces, B) Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower, C) Construction Of Small Architectural Elements, 2) Sanitary Industry A) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection And An External Water Supply Installation To Supply The Brine Graduation Tower, B) Construction Of A Connection Rainwater Drainage System For A Brine Graduation Tower, C) Construction Of A Technological Installation For A Brine Graduation Tower, Brine Supply And Return With Two Underground Tanks, Main And Overflow,3) Electrical Industry:A) Construction Of An Electrical Installation Supplying A Brine Graduation Tower, B) Construction Of An External Lighting Installation,4) Performance Of All Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Servicing Of Graduation Towers During The Warranty Period, Servicing Includes, Among Others: Ongoing Monitoring Of The Operation Of The Graduation Tower, The Amount And Concentration Of Brine, Maintaining The Working Concentration Of The Brine Solution At The Level Of 6-12% In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Replacing The Brine After The Winter Period Before Spring Launch, Including Its Delivery And Disposal, Replacing Sloes, If Necessary, Cleaning Filters, Drip Pan And Etc., Technical Inspections And Maintenance Of Graduation Towers Along With Built-In Facilities, Installations, Devices And Materials, Including Replacement Of Elements Operating Conditions During The Warranty Period. Servicing Graduation Towers Is Intended To Ensure Proper Technical Efficiency, Utility And Aesthetic Value Of The Entire Graduation Tower Facility. The Costs Of Servicing During The Warranty Period Are Covered By The Contractor,2) During The Warranty Period, Securing The Graduation Towers (Including Facilities, Installations, Devices And Materials) For The Winter Period And Launching The Graduation Towers In The Early Spring Period. The Costs Of Securing The Graduation Tower For The Winter And Its Launch In The Spring During The Warranty Period Are Covered By The Contractor, 3) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Service Book Containing, Among Others, Measurements Of The Amount And Concentration Of Brine, And A Description Of The Service Activities Performed. The Contractor Will Provide It To The Ordering Party After The End Of The Warranty Period, 4) Preparing And Submitting To The Order
