The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Delivery Of Parts And Consumables And Repairs Of Stihl Equipment At The Disposal Of The Provincial Roads District In Kętrzyn, Ul. Bałtycka 20.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices), In The Range And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 4. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320).
