1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of A Task Called Development Of The General Plan Of The Baranów Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Covers The Entire Area Of The Baranów Commune Within Its Administrative Borders. The Area Of The Commune Is 84.91 Km2 (8,491 Ha). There Are Currently 4 Local Development Plans In Force In The Commune, Covering An Area Of Approximately 1,760 Ha.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Activities: 1) Conducting An Urban Inventory And Assessing The Existing State Of Spatial Development; 2) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study; 3) Preparing Drafts Of Announcements, Notices, Notifications And Letters From The Mayor Of The Baranów Commune Required By Law; 4) Analyzing Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Those Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Including The Preparation Of Proposals For Their Consideration Together With Justification, As Well As The Possible Development Of Draft Responses To Authorities And Institutions And Other Units Informed About The Commencement Of Preparation Of The General Plan; 5) Preparation And Presentation Of The Concept Of The General Plan To The Employer And Obtaining Its Approval; 6) Preparation Of The Draft General Plan Together With Justification And Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment (Text, Graphic, Spatial Data) And Other Items Required By The Act ;7) Preparing Draft Letters Related To Giving Opinions And Agreeing On The Draft General Plan; 8) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions, Together With Possible Introduction Of Corrections In The Draft General Plan Of The Commune;9) Participating In Social Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan With Commune Residents And Providing Appropriate Information And Explanations;10) Conducting Social Consultations, Preparing A List Conclusions And A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations;11) Preparing An Analysis Of The Comments Submitted During Social Consultations On The Draft General Plan Along With A Proposal For Their Resolution And Possible Introduction Of Corrections To The Draft General Plan Communes;12) Cooperation With The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission To The Extent Necessary;13) Preparation Of A Draft Resolution With Annexes And Participation In The Committee Meeting And The Session Of The Baranów Commune Council Adopting The General Plan; 14) Completing And Preparing Formal And Legal Documentation In Order To Submit It To The Voivode Of Lublin; 15) Preparing A Resolution For Publication In The Official Journal Of The Lublin Voivodeship 16) In The Event Of Repeating The Planning Procedure, The Contractor Undertakes To Repeat The Necessary Activities, As Well As To Re-Develop The Necessary Docum
