Software Supply Services – Provision Of Licenses For The Communication And System Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications. The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier To Secure The Licenses Needed To Operate The Communication And System Infrastructure (Ksi). Currently, The Supply Of Licenses Is Ensured By The Contract Ensuring The Maintenance Of Licenses For Selected Components Of The Communication And System Infrastructure Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Dated 15 December 2008, Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Reason For The Announcement Of The Public Contract Is The Identification Of Changes In The License Policies Of Manufacturers And The Related Purchase Conditions And Changes In The Portfolio Of Used Licenses. With This Public Contract, The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Responds To The Need To Ensure Support For The Operation Of The Existing Infrastructure, Its Management And Compliance With The Terms Of The Act On Cybersecurity. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is To Ensure The Provision Of The Right To Use Software (Licenses) In The Form Of A Subscription For The Needs Of The Operation Of The Ksi Operated By The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications. The Subject Of This Public Contract Includes The Following Parts: A) Subscription Of Existing Licenses A. Cisco Ise Subscriptions For Devices And Users B. Cisco Anyconnect Plus License C. Cisco Wifi Controller D. Cisco Webex - This Is A Modification Of The Existing Subscription Sub699078 E. Ookla B) Subscription Of New Licenses A. Cisco Ise Subscription For Posture Authentication B. F5 Waf For Azure Cloud Environment, Aws C. Cisco Sd-Wan For Virtual Routers D. Sw For Management Of Firewall Rules Of Various Technologies, Audit, Analysis And Creation Of Rules E. Sw For Automation And Exchange Of Certificates Complete List Of Individual Requested Types Of Licenses To Ensure The Operation Of Ksi, Including A List Of Existing Software Equipment, Or Detailed Specifications Of The Contracting Authoritys Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Of This Public Contract Are Given In Appendix No. B Of This Procurement Documentation - Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Duration Of 48 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, While Specific Performance Will Always Be Specified In The Relevant Subcontract Concluded In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Stipulates That The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Based On The Standard List Prices Of Individual Licenses Valid For The Territory Of The Czech Republic.
