Placement Services Of Personnel – Provision Of Employment Agency Services In The Provision Of Temporarily Assigned Employees. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services For Temporarily Assigned Employees (Tpz), Who Will Perform Work For The Employer In Prague And In Regional Offices In All Regional Cities Of The Czech Republic. Dpz Will Be Provided In The Form Of A Temporary Assignment To Perform Work According To Sec. § 307A Et Seq. Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Of The Labor Code, When The Dpz Will Be Employed By The Contractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Or An Agreement On Work Activities, But Will Perform The Work For The Principal.
