Data-Transmission Equipment - Purchase Of Electronic Devices And Services For Reading And Monitoring Media In The Bartoszyce Commune Along With The Implementation Of E-Services As Part Of The Project Entitled Public E-Services For Residents Of The Bartoszyce Commune. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electronic Devices And Services For Reading And Monitoring Media In The Bartoszyce Commune Along With The Implementation Of E-Services As Part Of The Project Entitled Public E-Services For The Inhabitants Of The Bartoszyce Commune, Priority 01 Economy, Measure 01.06 Public E-Services (Scheme A) Of The Regional Program Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Supplies And Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Such A Way As To Ensure Uninterrupted Provision Of The Service, Including Timely Completion Of The Task. 4. The Ordering Party Expects At Least 60-Month Warranty, Including For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Delivered Software And Supplies And Services Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order. Liability Under The Warranty Should Cover Defects Resulting From Reasons Inherent In The Products Sold - Devices, Including Those Causing A Reduction In Their Performance Parameters. The Warranty Cannot Contain Any Restrictions Such As The Exclusive Provision Of Warranty Services By A Specific Entity Or Higher Than Standard Requirements Regarding The Obligation To Perform Periodic Maintenance Inspections.
